Entrances to Joshua Tree National Park
Joshua Tree National Park has two main entrances and two lesser-known ones. The West Entrance is the most well known - and can get crowded, especially during peak season or holiday weekends, with long lines of cars waiting to get in. The North Entrance sees less traffic and is accessed from Twentynine Palms, the next town over heading east from Joshua Tree.
